• The practice exam workbook was purchased directly from PMPTeacher.
• The purchase was made at least 7 days before the learner’s scheduled certification exam, allowing sufficient time to review the material.
• The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• The product was purchased at the regular price (discounted, promotional, or free products are not eligible).
• The request relates to active practice exam content (not retired or discontinued material).
• The request is submitted by the original purchaser only (no third-party or proxy claims).

Non-Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
• The product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price
• The product was received for free
• The refund request is submitted outside the allowed time window
• The request is based on exam results or certification outcomes
• Any misuse, redistribution, or violation of terms is identified
