Refund Request Procedure
To submit a refund request, please ensure that all of the following conditions are met:
The practice exam workbook must be purchased directly from PMPTeacher.
The purchase must be completed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled certification exam.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refund eligibility applies only to active practice exam content (retired or discontinued material is not eligible).
Products purchased at a discounted price, promotional offer, or provided for free are not eligible for a refund.
TThe refund request must be submitted by the original purchaser only.
Third-party or proxy refund requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are evaluated based on product satisfaction, not certification results or exam outcomes.
